Orders are processed depending on item availability and payment approval. During high volume periods, product availability may be subject to change while your order is being processed.

Normally, most of Lismali's in-stock products are shipped from the US and will be delivered in 4-7 business days.

Some would be sent directly from our factories in Asian (will be shipped from our warehouses in Vietnam, Cambodia, India, etc.) & it will take 7-20 business days normally.

We have a very large number of suppliers, when you place an order, the supplier will load the packages according to the weight of a package. (If a package exceeds the standard, we will separate the products). If you order several different (or the same) items, you will receive 1 or more different packages and they will arrive at different times (some will be faster, some slower).
